Leading the development and growth of women’s cricket in the USA.
Cricket is one of the fastest growing sports in the world.
We are here to ensure the aspirations of female cricketers are met as part of this journey - right here in the USA.
Come helps us build the next generation of female leaders through sport!
What drives us?
Girls who play sport become stronger leaders - but too many barriers still hold them back (Play to Lead, Women's Sports Foundation).
We're here to change that. Through safe, fun, accessible programming, we inspire girls to pick up a bat, stick with the game, and grow - on and off the pitch.
When girls have the opportunity to play, everyone wins.
